Customer Care Agent

Interact with customers who are interested in consolidating all existing and future qualified retirement accounts into one account. The ideal candidate will use a consultative sales approach to assist customers with completing an online application designed to meet client's needs, goals and objectives. Process may include inbound and outbound calling, emailing, co-browsing, faxing and direct mail interactions with customers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Reads campaign scripts to customers
• Drives applications through to completion
• Maintains a professional dialogue with customers
• Fills out operations systems timely and accurately
• Performs proper computer mechanics
• Maintains good records of production and attendance
